But that doesn't mean that a lot of wii owners have a PS2 as well. Since the Wii version wasn't announced when the PS versions arrived a lot of Wii owners bought it for their PS2.

A game that goes out on PS2 and Wii ALWAYS sells better on PS2

Wonder if the 21 M PS2 install base versus 5 M for Wii as any link to that..

Forgot to say: Just for comparison, Lost Planet (360) sold almost 34K first week on a 267K userbase at the time. See JP Week ending Dec. 23, 2006 chart for the listing.

Maybe 20K, at most, sales first week for the PS3 version?

Lost Plante was expected to sell well ... its far from a great game and its far from being a game that japanese gamers like . WE also bombed ... as expected ...

So WE didn't do very well on Wii, and Lost Planet didn't do well on PS3. These both have to do with timing issues more than anything. Had these 2 games been released at the same time all all systems they would have sold much better. The way it is now the 360 version of Lost Planet will sell much better, and the PS3 version of WE will sell much better, but i don't think it's a fair comparison.

I like Lost Planet but in my opinion Bioshock is so much better.

Well sadly WE Wii version sold so euhm poor compared to the PS3 version...How much did the X360 version sold first day?
