Well, considering that MS is now trying to secure a DLC deal with EA, that's probably a good sign that they're no longer intending to buy the series all together, and the sequels (possibly even the first eventually) will touch down on Sony platforms. That being said, anyone who supports this game should want this to happen. The game will never reach it's full potential of either sales and performance staying console exclusive to XBone. A potential PS4 version would truly put the series on the map.

Holy shit man, you still don't get what this is about do you?   Everyone knows that they will lose 1.1 Billion. But your initial statement said "they recently" lost 1.1B.  That's the forecast for March 31st, 2014 results. It's true that they will lose that much money because it was projected. However, you said it in past tense which made it seem like Sony lost that 1.1 billion already in the last quarter. That's why someone replied to you saying "When"   Because it's not March 31st yet, it will be in a few weeks but not now. That is all.......

When doesn't really matter the fact is still that they will lose $1.1 billion that is the only thing that matters.

Couldn't be farther from the truth. I'd be willing to bet the bank account that if Titanfall was a PS4 exclusive, you can bet your ass the majority of Sony fans on this site would be claiming it's the best thing since sliced bread.

If Titanfall wasn't exclusive then the situation for XBO would be really dire. I mean they're already getting outsold 2 to 1 in the US alone, and that was Microsoft's stronghold. They need Titanfall, the PS4 will be just fine without it.

 They defintiely do, as they've done so in the past. They just don't go so far to get things like CoD or BF, as that an amazing ammount of money we're talking, and it's kindof pointless as millions will still buy the games on PS anyway. Fact about Sony is they devote most of their money to first party studios to develope fantastic AAA exclusives. It's pretty much why Sony's first party are second to none in the industry. Who really needs timed exclusive DLC when you can make exclusives that stay exclusives forever? I know which of those 2 I'd prefer.

Am I the only one thats pissed about how Microsoft strongly went after Titanfall for exclusivity when they have a superior mech game and universe they already own in MechWarrior? They could have taken all the money they spent on Titanfall and put it towards a good game worth playing in MechWarrior, instead of handing it off to some low budget 3rd party and making a terrible multiplayer only version in Mechwarrior Online.
