Meh

Didn't really smile once in the direct, except for the Little Mac reveal... and I have never really played Punch-Out. But the trailer felt hyping. All in all, started on a good note and then it went quickly downward... X and Bayonetta seems like it's not my type of game.

I am glad you brought that up. At first I was undecided about getting DK, then I thought "What the hell, it may be alright, I'll probably get it".

Now after seeing it so often and as other elements of the game are revealed,  I am now thinking of not getting it. TBH I have never really been a fan of it since N64, but at least I was considering it until now.

Only a very good score from my trusted reviewer will change my mind.

Anyhow I hope it sells well for Nintendo's sake. If it doesn't.....

strangely this direct almost got me to get the game.

I also thought it was overly shown, but that could be due to me not really caring about the game too much.  not a huge 2d sidescroller fan.  I barely played the Wii DK game.

But damn this trailer/gameplaye they showed today had such amazing music going on i might buy it just for the music.

No. They are pushing DK as it is the only game they find worth to push in this droughty months and expects a miracle. It is time for them to understand that bigger franchises didn't help the console and DK is not going to be the one enough to generate more sales.

It was since the beggining a terrible mistake to announce as the big Retro project. It was rejected more than acepted. It caused a general letdown more than hype. And hype sales consoles, just look at the PS4. They find funny to announce Cranky Kong as the only noteworthy news.

They were good the last year. Two Zelda announcement, a remake and the original. A crossover, SMTxFE. A Yoshi game, Yarn Yoshi. X announcement.

We cannot expect them to announce new games? Then where's Zelda U? Metroid? Animal Crossing? F-Zero, Starfox, Endless Ocean, Sin and Punishment, new IPS, old IPS?

Nintendo simply doesn't know what the are doing and sales proves it.

Well, one out of three, not bad. Millenium Girl will come to europe.

Additionally completely unexpected that Pokemon Puzzle game, Calciobit and another great looking game from the Guild-series. That makes this direct pretty awesome.

The Little Mac-trailer for Smash was also cool, and although we already know, I was also happy about Child of Light and MH4U.

An excellent direct for me.

It's better quality indeed, but still compressed. Doesn't really make me change my view of it being quite chaotic though. Other game I was talking about was X, but I'm not not seeing the trailer yet...

I love how you pretend to be a Nintendo fan, but your posts are always more negative than fucking toastboy's. Seriously, you hate a game just because a company is trying to hype it? I don't see you complaining about Mario Kart, that's been at several ND's now too, and that's more popular than 3D Mario nowadays. I for one am fucking excited to play as Dixie, because I was pissed they took her out from DK 64 onwards. You're not a DK fan, we get it. Get over yourself. A lot of people are DK fans. There are more DK fans than Zelda fans, that's just a simple fact. NES Remix is quick, easy and inexpensive. It won't get sales like a major first party, but it earns money. That's more than a lot of new retail has done them. You have nothing to base X not making it this year on. Nintendo has made several fantastic HD titles already, they just weren't the ones you wanted, so you pretend they're not there. There were tons of announcements, there was new stuff for X and Bayonetta even. But no, if they don't show literally everything they possibly could, it's not good enough for you. I'm so fucking sick of your negativity. Stop posing as a Nintendo fan, you're not one. They could have announced Yarn Yoshi and SMTxFE for next month and you'd still have found something to complain about.

Drink double amount every time Shibata mentions, he already plays that game he is announcing for a long time (as he is japanese) and is happy that in just two months we all can joining him playing. *AAAARRRGGHHH* Let's make it three sips, I need more alcohol for such a statement.
