If it gets confirmed then it will be big for the hardcore crowd. It's From Software, so quality will certainly be there, and it sounds like it will be something in the likes of Souls games, but from the ground up for PS4, sounds absolutely interesting.

I am definitely excited for this. To be honest, Dark Souls isn't cutting it story wise for me. Its missing that Demon's Souls flair that made me fall in love. I hope this is a more direct Sequel to the DeS series rather than be similar to Dark. Sounds great from what is stated tho. Guess we can add another great game to Sony's PS4 roster. HYPE!!!!

This rumor is very likely true, Sony was involved in Demon's Souls development after all , they even admitted that they made a mistake by not publishing it worldwide after they saw the unexpected success.

This has to be the best rumor ... EVER. :D

sweet jesus, sweet jesus please let this be true!!!! for ages i been telling everyone that playstation's only weakness on my eyes has been their lack or a definitive open world classical RPG that would appeal the west and the east.

darksouls 2 is not been made by the original creator (forgot his name) and everyone is wondering what he is doing. IF he is doing this and its a playstation exclusive (they own the IP) and you can take it with you on the road with remote play (PSVITA), its an automatic win. RPGs sell more consoles than FPS, no one realizes this.

If just one of these thousand crazy E3 rumours is true, I'd like it to be this one.

Great news but I'm confused as to why Vita Remote-Play is a bullet point. Isn't that supposed to be a feature for any game that doesn't need a camera?
