That petition won't do anything. Deal is already done and nothing can be done to stop it.

Why is people under the impression that Mario and Sonic at the olympics and a hypotetical Mario Kart X Sonic Racing based on a tweet (which i think is more a hint that Sonic could be in the next Mario Kart) are part of these exclusive games, i think it wouldn't make much sense, these are (now) usual NintendoXSega collaborations, don't think they would announce it as in :We've signed a deal...'' i think they mean 3 standalone Sonic games.

No.. what would be unfair is a situation where Nintendo fans have a less powerfull system with no exclusives. That would be moronic.
Valkyria Chronicle games would be awesome on the Wii U now that I think about it.
Specially the Mario and Sonic games. How dare they make those exclusive!
This petition will have an effect about the same time that EA announces all their franchises are back on the WiiU with exclusive DLC.
This petition will be just as effective as the petition to get GTAV on the Wii U.
