Many other things we can't yet even imagine. Just think what we have now compared to 1913.

You might be confusing him with yourself. According to the bible he never suffered decay.

But even if he did, well, his resurrection makes him fully alive again, so he's not a zombie.

He undoubtably did decay...the bible is wrong. Also, resurrection is impossible.
