But online console gaming should be free. Your Price for online is included when you buy the disk. It's rediculous

World of Warcraft used to come in a box. So did Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XIV will too. Why is it ok to charge for a high monthly premium for MMO's on PC, but it's an outrage to charge small fee for EVERYTHING on XBox Live?

So you're basically saying PC gamers suck it up and pay for online why aren't console gamers doing the same?

I have mixed feelings about paying for online.

Yay if it's free, but I don't want to commit a full year to something i might not use for half of it.

Then again if the online is awesome, i'll gladly pay a 1-time pass for it, just not a yearly subscription like Live.

I agree, it's ridicolous that one has to pay for internet to play online on video games.

you dont have to buy 1 year.  You can buy a month, 3 months, 6 months, etc

I'm not going to pay for online, but it's not something I'll whine over.

It's not the end of the world, but I don't really like to have to pay for stuff more than necessary. And nintendo and playstation shows what is necessary. And microsoft of all those 3 are the ones with the most money, so they should at least be able to have it free.
