At the time of this update Metacritic has the 360 version of Aliens: CM sitting at 49 (including an out of place 90 from EGM) the PC is rocking a solid 39, & the PS3 has achieved a 46.

Now about that EGM review, I just read it and they praise the loving attention to environment detail & choose to focus on the few high points, while glossing over "AI teammates that seem to forget the alien menace must be obliterated", "subpar graphics", "heinous cinematics", & "you’ve got some definite dents in the hull here", all their words pulled directly from their review. The review also features pre release pics that don't really show much resemblance to the final product.
Still EGM found a reason to give Alians: CM a 90. A quick look to the comments section suggests what that reason may have been, "Seriously guys, how much did they pay you to write this bollocks? #lostallcredibility" writes one reader. While I'd suspect some quick ad clicks as enough of an incentive to stand so far out from the crowd of reviews, maybe they just really love Aliens?
I'm going to predict right now that the Wii U version is cancelled. That's my prediction, prove me wrong Sega!
