All the ''videogames make people violent'' is stupid, I blame Pepsi, Hugo Chavez and Ford, have my reasons...

"Do you take your kids to G movies and R movies? Shame on you!"

I don't understand... G movies are made FOR kids.

Maybe if the parents were smart enough they would teach the little kiddies the difference between Fantasy and Reality. Dont blame entertainment blame yourself for your child's violent natures.

nonsense, Nintendo has never developed (exception of Captain Ranbow a Japan only release) a mature game. So what exactly did Nintendo do again?

NINTENDO

nintendo forever . . .

Blame bread. Every psychopathic killer has eaten bread. Why nobody sees the danger of bread!

I blame the bread-producers and farmers lobby, that suppresses these links.

A lack of dedication to a higher power is also to blame. We tell our kids that Science says they're just advanced animals, morality is relative, and there are no consequences for their actions beyond this life, then we're surprised when they act like animals. Without a higher moral code backed up by faith in a higher power, our society is doomed. If one believes that death is an ultimate escape, what's to stop a distrubed individual from carrying out a senseless act then offing themself? If you believe that death is a gateway into judgement for how you live your life, this is not such a tempting option. The real problem is the soul of the individual, and that cannot be solved by laws.

Crime rates where higher in the dark ages, that time where most people believed into judgment after death. Therefore I doubt that would help.

Violent media does not turn people violent. Kids are supposed to be kids and play kid games. Growing up is about switching to mature stuff. That switch does not break people bad.

Best post ever on the subject of violence in video games or media in general.

you cant blame video games.

VITA 32 GIG CARD.250 GIG SLIM & 160 GIG PHAT PS3

The people who blame video games for violence only do so because they don't quite realize how ubiquitous they are in modern society. It's really apparent there isn't any sort of strong correlation, at least not anymore then there is to literature, films or even music.
