They are sold out in the town I live in. I was in the store with only two basic editions left and somebody bought it. Somebody bought one and said they looked throughout the entire city and couldn't find one. I saw one left after him and his wife left. I wanted that last one badly, but I can't afford it right now. But I'm sure that one was snatched up. It was crazy that their was only one console left & this was on day 1 at Hastings who didn't hold pre-orders. Gamestop sold out like day 1 on pre-order day.  Wal-Mart doesn't have any.

The Wii U is out? I didn't even notice. Great job with the marketing, Nintendo. D:

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Not sold out on ebay for sure, there's thousands of them with no bids.

Most electronic devices sold on this scale aren't really "sold out". Besides pre-orders, they ship as much extra stock as they can, which gets distributed around. It might be sold out in one store but the store across town has them in stock. The pre-order amount is usually just a number they know they can meet. It's not like they stop making them when they hit that estimated amount.

Deluxe is sold out everywhere here

I've only asked at a local Target, all they had were reserved systems. I'm not getting one yet.

I had a quick look at ebay and maybe half of them had at least 1 bid, some have a lot of bids, one was almost 100.

Nintendo and PC gamer

I was just in a GameStop that had about 5 of them stacked up in back. But they had a wait-list with 75 names on it.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
