I don't play handheld games that much, but I did get one at launch since I am a fanboy!

At launch, I got myself Uncharted (platinumed) and WipEout (basically finished). Since then I have bought Virtual Tennis (basically finished), Gravity Rush (platinumed + all DLC trophies) and finally NfS Most Wanted (which I have only just started)

As for downloads, I only have Super Stardust HD and Motorstorm RC, but both are great. I also have a few PSone games, the most important ones being the FF games

So basically, I need more games! as NfS and Motorstorm are the only games which I haven't played enough (as well as some PS one classics).

Looking to the future, I want AC Liberation, must not much else... CoD seems to be rubbish, and I am vaguely interested in PS All Stars, LBP and Sly, but I am not sure what other games there are to come. Squeenix announced FFX HD for Vita and PS3, but there has been no sign of that or any other big game announcements (I would love GTA R*!!!!!!)

I hardly have enough time to play the games I want on the 3DS - I have nothing against the Vita, but it's really competing for time

Ha nice, was waiting for a quote but thought you double posted. Sneaky, sneaky. And the "I don't play on sony devices" Is the same as "No I already have a 3DS, i don't need another handheld". Only a foolish person would discount a console purely because of the manuacturer. (Yes I had a DS, Wii and 3DS so stop being a Stealth Trolling Sneak hug badger bear).  

In the OP, you listed PS1 games as part of the Vita library. I think that's one of the problems. When PS+ is a "selling point" (according to many Vita owners), you've got problems. I bought my 3DS to play 3DS games, not so much NES, SNES, GB, and GBC games - though those are nice bonuses.

What do ps1 games have to do with ps+?

Unless you know something i dont, ps+ is offering Uncharted, Gravity Rush and Whipeout plus some psn games, non of these is a ps1 game. And you get all this plus more to come for 50$, if this isn't a selling point i dont know what is.

I already have Liberation on Vita (PSP).  It was my free PSP game I got when sony got back from hacking.  Obviously I don't play it.  I do know there's another killzone title coming on vita and I've seen it, and due to me not liking FPS, I don't have but a single one...  Killzone 3, which came bundled with a controller I needed replacing.  The new killzone game, which I've already forgotten the name of, again, is the first FPS I will go out of my way to get.

Also, wtf, Assassins Creed 3: Liberation...

People need to be more creative, that's why I got the titles screwed up.

One reason I don't have one is the fact that since it's release it's just not been a financially viable option for me sadly. My friend has one, and I have to say the build quality is superb, it really is a device that deserves the critical praise it's recieved. The cost is the major obstacle for most consumers I'd imagine, followed closedly by the identity crisis it suffers from which is oft spoke about in the forums on this site.

Ive just bought one a couple of weeks ago, and I purchased Uncharted and Mortal Kombat for it. Finished Golden Abyss already, on 2 difficulty levels, and I dug inside MK a bit to. Its the most well designed gaming system that I ever held in my hand, yet there are issues with it: no AAA system seller, expensive hardware/software and the ridiculous memory card system.

My next purchase will be Wipeout 2048 and probably Gravity Rush and AC3:L
