Well this is the internet we already know people's stupidity knows no bounds. Just taking in consideration the amount she is asking show that she has little grip on reality. Plus the courts will probally through it out before it  even reaches a court room. The people who handle the hearings on whether or not they get a court date have no sense of humor.

Not really. Having your kids ripped away from you has to be traumatizing, so i think she's just trying to send a message that what the city owes her is truly beyond cost
