Gears 3 must have had a very good second week. We'll soon see how good I suppose. 500K? Should be good enough to see 360 as #1 home console for second week running. I don't see FIFA 12 causing that much of a PS3 spike in EMEAA. Mostly would have sold to the existing install base. Yearly franchises don;t cause big console spikes. Even CoD doesn't large spikes relative to the number of games it sells at launch, except for the special edition 360s.

Wii still outselling PSP at least.

Yep.  Gears is certainly giving the Xbox 360 the boost it needs.  And kowen because of this, I really don't see this issue with the Xbox 360 being seen as a "shooter box" which you seem to have such "sighing" disapproval of.

I'm just glad the 3DS seems safely out of "Doom" territory......for now.

30k down in Americas, i bet another 20k drop will happen in EMEAA. PS3 tops 360 again, MS really should have made that price cut. I dunno if except for CoD week, weather or not 360 can top PS3 WW again. I hope Forza 4 week it does, but that's not a guarantee with the high price of 360.

Damn greedy MS, you lost my buy next gen because of this and other cash grab tactics.
