Rumor's say this announcement is related to MOVE...and David's new game should be playable using MOVE I think.
I loved the Sci fi couple game rumour that we had a few months ago...I think it was called Horizon

Really it doesn't matter whether Sony is revealing a PS3 exclusive or having an "exclusive PS3 reveal". The fact that it's Sony doing the revealing all but guarantees that it is a Sony game, which would be exclusive anyway.
Most likely it's Uncharted 3 since Uncharted 2 was announced at the VGAs a year after the first Uncharted was released which would put an Uncharted 3 reveal right on schedule.
Other possibilities include Starhawk, Sly 4, and Agent from Rockstar North.

Wouldn't they be more inclined to reveal it on TV if it was a big franchise? I know some people are thinking that it must be major if they're showing it the day after but it makes me think the opposite. For example before Modern Warfare 2 launched we heard of games getting delayed because they were worried they would get overlooked next to Modern Warfare 2. That's probably the same with this game compared to the heavy hitters being revealed at the VGAs.

See the picture? It only says 'exclusive PS3 reveal'. Doesn't say 'game' anywhere. As for the article, I believe they were just too quick to jump to conclusions like this (like you are). It doesn't really matter what they write if the original source was something entirely different.
That said, it could be a game but we've seen too many of these 'exclusive reveals' already so I wouldn't put my hopes up.

hum, u know. I understand your point. And you have one.
The problem is that the game (or the event) will be made by SONY THEMSELVE
The probability that Sony is making an event EXCLUSIVLY for a multiplateform game is rather low and I doubt it would be worth ....
So, in conclusion : Sony event ==> Sony is the publisher ==> PS3 exclusive
