there's already a strip club a block away, no need to make one.  Sure, make the gay bar, express your constitutional rights as Americans just as they did with the mosque.  Won't be long before people lose interest in the issue anyway.

It was about time Pasdarans, Hezbollahs and Talibans had a nice and friendly place to drink after a hard workday!   

It seems kind of tasteless to build a mosque next to ground zero in the first place. I can't really see any self respecting Muslim wanting to go there.
