Ok! Well i'm making this post to say i am leaving the forums. I feel harassed here by certain members and by the moderation.
I tried to talk sense to the moderation, but i was simply ignored. As such, i will issue a ban of my own, wich is i ban these forums from my life. I will not be harassed and accused of antagonizing others when they keep harassing me and i tell them to stop. I thought things were going in the right direction, but without execution, it seems the plan is to simply ban everyone with barely any excuse. That is completely opposite of what i believe should be the objective of the moderation. As such, yeah, you pushed me away. Good luck with that strategy.

    Goodbye everyone!

Also, i will block VGC on my email. Don't bother, I don't care anymore. Even if you make up some rule that you can't be criticized, you don't own freedom of speech. It's just a silly internet forum. In the end i am disappointed more than anything.

Goodbye and the best for those that are in my friends list! /waves
If you share similar thoughts to mine, i suggest you check out the magicbox forums. It's a small, but nice place and you won't be harassed there.

I can't do it anymore: that thread is exhausting, and it's always the same vicious cycle.

Yup. That thread is a cesspool. I said my due and left. I know it's pointless to try and talk reason to people like that.

    on 05 April 2018

It was extremely dishonest for him to act as if your response was unsolicited. I made a point to review his posts and share his history with you, so onlookers would know that he had repeatedly insulted you and others. The moderators are left with a near impossible task, when they have to react to an escalation like that.

    on 05 April 2018

Honestly, it's not even that. I know that Q.q guy cause i know from previous debates he is someone who can't see reason if it hit him in the head and will keep going repeating himself in circles. At some point you just have to admit that he is just taking time from your life he doesn't deserve, and you can put that time to better use.
So, once he replies to me, my answer is that i am not interested in talking to him.

But, you know, just the stuff they are saying there. Him and the other guy i quoted, is just disgusting. People are dying and here are these guys in the comfort of their homes saying it's the same as having a knife. It's completely outrageous.

Do not worry about me though. I knew i was risking moderation with my post, though i did try not to violate forum rules. But i did have to say that if it happened to them, they would quickly be singing a different song. I obviously don't wish anyone to die, but i do wish they could see reality like normal people do.
Anyways, yes, i knew that i risked it, i could've edited but it was something that needed to be said. It is very rare that i get moderated, but in this case, the moderation was simply worth it in the name of the sanctity of life.

I know they won't change their minds, but someone who reads it might. I can take moderation for a noble cause. It's more important to potentially save lives than taking a ban on a forum.
With that said, it's not something i want to make a habit of.

    on 05 April 2018

    It was worth it.

Why do you think VR has no mainstream appeal?

    Didn't notice your comment. Sorry.
Not an argument i want to get in. So, i will give you the answer of why i think it, but i don't want a back and forth debate. You can accept my reasons or not, it's up to you.

Number one reason for me is the shape of the hardware. It's geeky, it's uncomfortable, it's chunky. This makes it unappealing to the average consumer.

Second is that the game play controls really aren't there. End of the day, all it does is let you forego the camera control by doing it with your head. This method is actually less efficient than using the analog stick.

Third is the price. It is pricey for what it is, the software on offer is of the demo kind.

Hope this answers your question. :)

I am happy for you if this was what you wanted, but i think you had nefarius intentions with this post seeing as you were holding some kind of grudge. My post is still correct and your atempt at trolling frustrated. I'm gonna have to ask you from refraining to post on my wall again in this manner. I will consult moderation about it.

    on 03 December 2016

Sorry but you stated that they would probably port the "ps2 games", then that they wouldn't be in a single "package" and that the third wouldn't come out till 2022. Your post is anything but correct and I will also be consulting moderators regarding the matter of your accusation of trolling.

I will now respect your wishes and will refrain from posting on your wall again.

"HD Ports" Have you actually seen the footage Nem? They are all remade from the ground up, Music, Sound Effects, Models, Textures, Shaders, Cutscenes. Everything has been made from scratch...

It is certainly not a Port, and you accuse others of trolling...

    Don't be so gloomy!

    on 04 December 2016

I didnt claim my post was fully correct either. But your intention is clearly nefarious so it's a conversation i am willing to have with others, but not with you.

    on 18 June 2016

DF got their hands on both the Xbox and PS4 versions of the demo. They talk about the PS4 version later in the video. Things are looking promising in that regards at least.

    on 18 June 2016

Well... fingers crossed. I will be happy if the game does perform well. I have my doubts due to the awkward and old engine. But, lets hope.
I imagine the gameplay will feel much better if it runs at a constant FPS.

Yeah... i don't want to give them the satisfaction in case they win the next one though. So, if they are allowed in, them i'm not playing. I mean... it's the same as not wanting to play with cheaters. But i applaud your atitude though. :)

Excuse me, you seem rather adamant on those posts, even though there is information against it. Yes, people claiming NX is 100% a home console aren't thinking. But there is the distinct possibility that it is, releasing either 2016 or 2017.

NX could also be codename for both the 3ds and wii u successors, even though they're separate hardware.

You also seem to repeat that "nintendo said NX wont be a replacement for wii u". Nintendo said it's not s SIMPLE replacement. They always say that when the machine has a new comcept but it will replace something.

I don't know what else it is you are seeing in my posts, but i seem to agree with what you just said. I don't contest that a new system can release this year. I don't know what it is though, but i do believe that the chance it is a sucessor to the Wii U is more unlikely than something completely different or a sucessor to the 3DS.

    on 03 January 2016

it just seems you were denying a home console at all costs. Anyway, I am almost sure nintendo will unveil the sucessors for 3ds and Wii U next year and one or both will release in 2016.

    on 03 January 2016

I don't deny the possibility, but i think it is the less probably outcome that it will be a sucessor to the Wii U. I really don't see where your assurance comes from, but you're entitled to your opinion. Reveal? I can see it happening. Release? I just don't see where they got the resources.

    on 03 January 2016

I don't see what's stopping them from releasing a new home console next year. those things are planned for a long time and the possibility is there.

    on 03 January 2016

I made that case on the thread. I am sure they have it planned ofc, because its done years in advance. But just 2 years ago i'm sure they weren't planning to replace the Wii U that just launched. I think 2017 is the only reasonable earliest time they can deliver the software to it. I am convinced that thats what they are doing. But, we will find out. I am sure they also had plans for the sucessor of the 3DS already in place that play into all this aswell.
I would be amazed if they managed to make next-gen software for it to come out later this year.
I won't deny the possibility, but i find it very unlikely. I think that if they do, they will deliver rushed software and will have trouble supporting it the following year. I don't know how this makes any business sense.

    on 03 January 2016

there are several studios that ended their wii u projects in 2014 and 2013, they can totally have games ready hor 2016 and 2017.

    on 03 January 2016

but you're free to think it's unlikely.

    on 03 January 2016

Studios capable of HD development? Capable of mext-gen development in 2 years? These studios need to have more than 100 people working on those games. Besides retro i don't see what other Nintendo studio capable of doing this is.

    on 03 January 2016

totally wrong. Only super games need 100+ people, I think just zelda U is using that many. the studios that made wii u games now have the knowhow for HD development, so it should take 2-3 years for most projects.

    on 03 January 2016

Sure, but you are talking about next-gen development. Have you seen many ps4 games that have teams of less than 100 people? Though i agree it could be done for smaller games, but with no less than 50 people. But, wich teams are there that have had 2-3 years to focus solely on NX development? Because retro is the only one i see. 3D mario team will have had 2 years, but the rest is on less than that (these dates at the end of the year).
Are we also jumping to the conclusion that Nintendo is gonna drop portable development ditching a 35m market? Do you see why none of this adds up? Surely Nintendo can't be this reckless. They have to have a better plan.

    on 03 January 2016

Also, don't forget that NX development kits can't possibly have been handed out before the later months of the year. The engines still have to be built up. I don't see Nintendo supporting Unreal 4.

    on 03 January 2016

why would they drop portable development? have you seen the 3ds 2015 and 2016 lineups? nintendo is already working on next gen handheld games for a while. many studios for many games. plus, we don't know about third party exclusives.

Nintendo had the studios and time for 3-4 launch titles late 2016 and then keep going.

    on 03 January 2016

So, you say they will have 3-4 next-gen NX titles for launch this year and more next year while also developing portable titles for the next-gen portable. I must confess, if Nintendo can pull that off, i will be well impressed. We shall see. I'm not holding my breath though.

What? A five to Fallout New Vegas?

I really didnt like it. I dont know what happened... between all the unecessary crafting systems, the bugs, the loading time, the cynical design of the dead money DLC. I'm not sure i'm a fan of the series anymore after how this one disappointed me.
The start was so slow aswell and i didnt enjoy the setting and side quests. I forced myself to play most of it. I still see something there but between having to restart the game due to the fps bug and the loading times wich i am less tolerant to now than a few years ago, i just wasnt pleased at all. Fallout 4 has alot to prove to me now. :(

    on 06 May 2015

Maybe you're suffering from the Bethesda-esque gaming engine-structure fatigue. Though it's sad to hear that considering NV was made by Obsidian.

It's strange, I absolutely loved NV, even more than 3.

    on 06 May 2015

Glad you did, I heard several people did and its not like i hated every single moment. That quest with the religious ghould wanting to go to space on rockets was quite interesting. But it was the only moment i felt the same spark from Fallout 3 on it.
Anyways, at least one of us managed to enjoy it. ^^

Yes, i do! I had a path of radiance avatar for the longest time until Wright convinced to update it. Ike is quite cool.

    on 19 February 2015

Well, it's just that Ike's my main in Smash 4 and unfortunately fell in a fierce Smash tourney battle. :/ Actually, Ike is the reason I started playing Path of Radiance wich is a great game.

    on 19 February 2015

Yeah, its a cool character design. The whole Fire emblem series is filled with great characters. The shining force series was good aswell, but SEGA...

    on 19 February 2015

(So it was you who wrote something? Damn, notifications system glitching again...) You're very right about the character design. In my opinion every character from the series is very interesting, given that they pretty much all have a back story and can form new bonds through the support system. (That replay value. Not to mention, the sprites just look awesome lol) I'm very thankful I got to play FE: The Sacred Stones on my 3ds when the ambassador programme came along. It introduced me to the concept and got me really interested in the series. As said, I'm currently stuck with Ike's story and I'll then move on to Awakening probably.

Wow... spammed a bit there didnt you? ^^
The Fire Emblem games with Ike Path and Radiant are both quite good. But, i am usure as they compare to awakening because i am ashamed to admit i havent gotten around to playing further than the first few battles.
The Ike games are more traditional in wich when characters die, they die for good. Aside from that the characters are quite good and Radiant was a very good sequal that puts a smile in your face.
If the graphics arent a holdback, its a good sub-series to delve into.
