According to the front page, Switch is tied with PSP right now. Both at 80.8 million.
However, the charts have PSP at 81.09 million, so it may still take one week for it to be official.

Well with a name like Dr.Vita that had to be a fair and non-bias bad take.
It is certainly funny that literally the first console released after this prediction is the one to prove it wrong.

In terms of shipment which is how most consoles are recorded sold at the very end, The Switch has most likely done it already.

Yep, as of VGChartz's numbers for the week ending March 13th, Switch has outsold the PSP.
This prediction is now, fittingly, as dead as the Vita.
