That way they can see it wasn't the Wii audience that rejects these kinds of games. Not rail shooters, but the notion that people want to be absorbed in the games instead of playing them. If this game had been a true rail shooter, it could have worked, but as a "guided first-person experience", it turned into something they want you to watch as much as play.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
