Not really. You can't compare handhelds to consoles directly. We'll know how it is doing if the 3DS version does less. (It should at least come close to it unless the series really has reached saturation).

MH4 won't reach 3rdP COMG numbers nor FW sales, LT is a different thing, still a very hard feat.

PSP had sold around 15m units when the title was released, if anyone is wondering.
