Sega is one of my best developers, especially their Wii games, not to mention Valkyria Chronicles

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

There is a little bit of hate due to Bayonetta but Sony fans should remember

To be this good takes AGES. To be this good takes SEGA

Why would anyone hate Sega? They don't do the dickhead things the big American publishers do, and they give support to Wii.

Make a poll, Do you hate Sega? Nobody will say yes.

"Now, a fun game should always be easy to understand - you should be able to take one look at it and know what you have to do straight away. It should be so well constructed that you can tell at a glance what your goal is and, even if you don’t succeed, you’ll blame yourself rather than the game. Moreover, the people standing around watching the game have also got to be able to enjoy it." - Shiggy

People don't hate Sega, they've just been marginalised. Not the force to be reckoned with they once were which is a shame as they still publish some quality games. I thought they were going to become one of the biggest 3rd party publishers along with EA but gamers had moved on from Sega's traditional strengths which was arcade gaming. Along with the poor treatment of Sonic amongst other issues, Sega's rep suffered badly. A lot of people would rather see EA, Ubisoft etc flash up on ther screen than Sega.

I don't hate them I'm just not interested in about 85% of their games. (Talking about all of their games ever made)

People...hate Sega? Who?

That's a trick question. People who hate Sega aren't people at all.

I wish Sega was a little bigger.
They have a portfolio over so many genres that they could sort of rival EA or Activision when it comes to power franchises.

In relation to Nintendo for example, they could have a Power Stone once a generation like Smash Bros. Panzer Dragoon could be a Star Fox type deal. Streets of Rage could be the beat-em-up. They have Phantasy Star and whole bunch of other stuff to support them (at least in sequels) throughout a gen, every gen.

I don't understand why they don't treasure Sonic like Ninty does Mario though. Sonic is a major player---if they devoted time to release just ONE great 3D game a gen while maybe making the 2D handhelds or one Project Needlemouse, Sonic could go back to selling 2m average at least (but the last few titles have sold around 1.3m, except for Black Knight)

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

I hate Sega becasue they were stupid enough to self-destruc thenselves and now they don't have evene minimal will to go back to what they were. And they destroyed Sonic.

Above: still the best game of the year.

They brought Yakuza so no hate.
