Well, I haven't played Darksiders, I hear they are both good games, sales don't equal quality, and again, reviewers think its better, but more importantly, really, it's hard to compare these games.
The thing I find interesting, is that people are actually excited that a Clover game might fail, because of simple console bias. Bayonetta "failing" is bad for gamers in general, and it's only good if you want to end up playing nothing but more of the same old boring, overhyped, redone shit, with better graphics, which ironically, is most prominent in console exclusives.
I think most of you would probably enjoy that though. It pains me that even here, I can't escape the casual frat-boy gaming mentality. Potentially the only series that does reinvent itself, Final Fantasy, has a large hate community on this site, because why? Because it isn't the same old boring recycled shit with different names over the characters and better graphics.
It's just so wrong to be excited that a Clover game might fail. It's like getting excited when a baby turtle dies on its way down the beach to the ocean. It's not cool, or hip, and it's not standing up for your console, or whatever misguided motivation you believe guides you to your excitement. It's just wrong. It's cutting off your nose to spite your face, and though Clover games are some of the best and most original games ever released, people don't give a shit about them, because they would rather play Madden, or FPS 3: The Reckoning.
Go watch transformers and play Madden, I give up.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.
