Having said that...nowadays, I would have to give it to America. Looking at the PS3 games I would rate 90+ (there are 14), 9 are American. Followed by Japan, then the UK, then Canada, then France.

If we went back and looked at gaming on the whole, Japan would probably be on top for me, then America, then UK, then France, then Canada.

But it's "makes", not "has made", so I'll go with the USA.
