Sounds like a decent idea, a lot of times I see a game stickied and I'm thinking why would that game be there anyway? It's not popular at all and I never even heard of it until I saw it stickied?

Official Game threads should be only for games that shows there are more then 100 VG charts owners. Unless we do what Kantor said then I guess all could be accepted.
