extra content does not excuse it from being a port, it's just a better port. But, as usual , any game ported to the PS3 must have extra content for Sony to accept it. But, it's still 12 months out. That's a huge deal.

I hope Tales of Graces can gather some of the old Destiny fans. They haven't had a Tales of game since Rebirth, if I'm not mistaken.

And, I hope Tales of Graces will be successful enough to warrant an anime. Even Vesperia has had one, so ToG needs one as well ^^

So they expect it to perform the same as Vesperia on PS3, despite the fact that 200k Japanese customers had already bought it for 360 and despite the fact that the Wii install base is some 70% larger than PS3 and 360 combined.

I guess we'll see. It seems unlikely to me, but I know better than to pretend that I understand the capricious Japanese market.

Well, Vesperia on PS3 is sitting at 330k right now and is still selling 2k each week. That'll also improve as more JRPG fans buy the console for FFXIII along with the holiday boosts. I expect the PS3 version to end up at no less than 360-375k.

EDIT: I'd be shocked if Graces does not pass this.

I hope it does outsell it, its one of the biggest games on the Wii i know it comes out near FF XIII and NSMB but still Wii userbase in Japan is big enough to expect decent sales. (i hope it will get at least 500k lifetime)

I think first week will be 180k to 200k. But still, maybe Christmas will help to outsell Tales of Vesperia on PS3. Two very interesting weeks for Wii in Japan!

Tales of Vesperia (PS3) did not arrive one week before FF13.

I think it will, in the long term. It will debut lower than Vesperia, but legs will carry it along.

Modern Warfare Reflex is a port to Call of duty 4.
