Just wondering if there are any (crazy) fans who can't wait to play this and are therefore planning to buy the Japanese version of Final Fanatsy XIII as soon as it is released.

I probably would if I owned a PS3. I know Japanese, so many of the games in my collection are actually the Japanese versions (for example: Kingdom Hearts II, Final Fantasy XII and Super Smash Bros. Brawl).

IF the game has multiple languages.

I used to know a couple of people who imported FF VIII from Japan and even though they didn't understand a word of Japanese. ;)

It'd make sense if I knew Japanese...

But even with that, there's no real reason to... it'd end up being a more expensive purchase... while the English VA is already excellent.
