a 200 piece of plastic... i have 2 macs and both of them are aluminum and will not just shatter. like my boyfriends dell. as i said windows are cheap machines thats why people like then ... btw... a pc could never do what my mac can do without crashing or getting some sort of odd error message that o one understands.... rather then the computer telling you (i.e. mac) says "your internet wont connect becausee you air port is off." raher then "ERROR 78653 hfudivisgbvjiuwgwhu"

Windows is cheap? That's news to me.

The real question is, what are the fantastic advantages of Mac which compensate for the lack of software?

 

well for one most of the things you hsve to buy mac already has. 2 its more efficient. i dotn see windows talking about how their computers are green wise. also my computers have never gone out on me ever. not crashed not blue screen of suicide nothing. and never have i had a virus and i download things just like everyone else. one of my computers i have had for a year and one i have had for a couple of months neither have ever run slow or stuttered. never once have i had a problem that wasn't because of my own stupidity. and its built tough... can you drop your computer off your bed have it hit the wall and the wall be dentd and not your computer. mine dented the wall... :)

It's what's on the inside that counts. In this case getting the same hardware for less.

At least with the build it youself option you don't have to settle for cheap cases.

Contrary to what the religious leaders of Macintosh tell you, PCs do not crash every 5 minutes. 

Also, I'm not going to pay 3x more for the same hardware covered in an aluminum chassis.

Hey apple stick to MP3 players, something you're good at.

They mainly appeal to my age audience, 18-25. Sometimes slightly over. This audience buys anything apple will throw at them anything with 'i' in it.

They reasoning sometimes is very silly, such as they are the best on the market, they are not evil microsoft, they don't get viruses when downloading illegal porn. So on and so on, nothing about the actual OS interface and how it helps them.

I don't have problems with my PC?  My wife has a Mac, and while she doesn't have alot of problems, she has had a few.  So, if you're having tons of problems with your PC...maybe it's cheap shoddy equipment in it.
