Possible. I mean, they have listed some games as Q1 (like Endless Ocean and S&P2), and Galaxy 2 was not among them, but who knows?

Galaxy 2 is going to appeal more to the core gamer, so it's not going to lop off NSMBWii's legs, and February would be past the point of mass core adoption.

Nah, can't see it coming out before E3. They need to show it to people and generate hype and awareness. This is not some random spinoff game, it's the sequel to one of the most beloved and critically acclaimed top titles of the last decade, they won't release it just like that, and especially not soo soon after NSMBW.
