Quite sad that they haven't included Little King's Story: the number 7 spot was available, and would have been perfect for it...  :(

The other choices are OK, even if (IMHO) Madworld is way too high (i'd switch it with Muramasa, by example)... and Fire Emblem is missing as well (i'd remove Boom Box to list it here)...

Otherwise, most of these games are in my (small) collection, and my own list would be nearly the same...

The only ones i haven't played are Dead Space Extraction (but i'll rent it one day), Punch-Out!! (i don't like boxing) and sadly, Excitebots (unreleased in Europe)... plus Guitar Hero 5, of course (i'd prefer to give DJ Hero a try, but it's too expensive)... i've bought Madworld on day one, but sold it after two weeks... and i'm still looking for a 2nd hand copy of Tiger Woods 10: i've rented it, but don't want to pay it full price, it still looks too ugly, even if the controls are perfect...

A Boy and His Blob is the only game i really miss now, but it's still unreleased where i live, and will maybe have no distribution in my country...  :(

So a good list, but really, they've liked LKS, and i still don't get why they forgot about it: it still deserves more attention, and more sales...

I think the list is alright, but MadWorld is way too high and I personally think No More Heroes is a bit low. Also, I don't like Guitar Hero 5 being on the list, but maybe that's just me.

Good list. But I agree with what many people have already said. Madworld much too high, Little King deserved a spot and Fire Emblem deserved a spot too.

Wii Sports resort undoubtedly deserved a placing - the OP is wrong.

they should make a list without including the Top 5(mario zelda and metroid), it would be more interesting. And i cant believe NMH is so low, it should be top 10 for me, its just pure fun

Nice; but Madworld higher than No More Heroes...sure Madworld is great but so short!

I haven't seen anyone bring this to light, 2008 goty World of Goo is #5, and 2008's biggest game that World of Goo beat to get goty is Smash at #3... apparently consistency is not a factor for these sorts of things.
