On a less inflammatory topic, is there some pattern between the games in yellow? I don't see it.

most of the hd games arent on the wii, plus graphics gives extra 10 pts rating cuz most reviewers are graphic whores.

It has the weakest core gamer library. But hey, if you want the games the Wii offers then quite frankly the other two systems suck at what the Wii does best more than the Wii sucks at Core gaming.

Wow, the PS3 got more 90+ titles in 2009 than 2006, 2007 and 2008 combined.

It still lacks quality third party games on the scale it deserves.

Also there are a significant number of recent Wii releases that have fallen just under 90%

@ Diaros - it's probably due to your own personal enjoyment of a certain few genres, as well as your preference for either single player or online multiplayer, coupled with the fact that these aspects are shared by the vast majority of game reviewers.

Likes and dislikes are very subjective, for example, of those 90+ rated games, I only enjoy

Well that is a subjective thing, irregardless of Metacritic or Gamerankings scores. Evidence of this, is my opinion that the Wii not only has better games than the HD consoles so far, but actually twice as many. :D That is of course excluding multiplats that I get on the PC.
