great job, sony and to all the believers, if not for us gamers , none of this would be possible, also great thanks to the developers, you guys have made some absolut superb games for the ps3, thank you and keep up the great work. proud to be a ps suporter

I don't understand how the PS3's sales will slow down, its been selling over 250K every week ever since the price cut? I highly doubt it'll be shorten to 3 million by the end of Jan but it'll be damn close, maybe 4.5 or 5 million. lol Microsoft will take it away like they 'always' do, you mean that one time in 2008 when they got a huge price cut and the PS3 didn't lol.
Not this again, Halo Wars will save the X360, Halo ODST will save the X360, Halo Reach will save the X360, every Halo owner already owns an X360 it's not going to be a hardware seller, I predicted it'll sell a lot more then ODST but not as much as Halo 3, still amazing. The PS3 has several console sellers coming out in 2010, GoWIII, GT5, FFXIII (in Japan), MAG is looking to have poptential, The Last Guardian, possibly Heavy Rain, FFvXIII, FFXIV etc. Thats just 2010! every year the PS3 has the best games hands down. And GT5 will definitey have a bigger impact with Hardware sales, now software sales could be close I think Reach will take it on that one.

I realize that MW2 will be selling on the PS3, but the better online experience is to be had on the 360 and PC. Most people who buy consoles for this game will be on the 360 side as well. You forget that they have a bundle coming out as a testament to the strength of MW on the 360.

So the 2nd HALO game on xbox 360 will be a HUGE system seller but the FIRST GT game on PS3, GT which is much bigger than Halo FYI won't be a system seller

You seem to forget which country had the strongest PS1 and PS2 sales my friend. 10 million is definitely not a milestone. It's a sign that Sony just needed to drop the price.

PS3 accomplishing many things this year. In 2 and a half years time, someone has to make a thread about PS3 reaching 10 Mill in Japan.
