SNES. PS1 had a few gems like FF7, but in my opinion lacked the huge diversity of classic titles like the SNES.

Super Nintendo Entertainment System for giving me the best years of my life and my parents just had to lose the games. Favorite game is most likely Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country.

CGI, you don't rules are so vague. Like I could insult the Gizmondo, insult anyone who likes anything, go offtopic (Like I am) and whats the last one.

SNES. It dragged this gamer away from microcomputers and into some of the finest experiences ever.

Actually I gone insane, with my sickness... I didn't even read the don't rules after the first part. Also Your DOn't rules.

My vote goes to PS1.

As much as I love the SNES, it was the PS1 that got me gaming more and introduced me to alot more genres. It had some of my favourite games such as Spyro, Ape Escape, Tekken and of course my favourite game FF7.

PS1.

PS1 has Tomb Raider series, Soul Reaver, Crash Bandicoop 1,2,3, Gran Turismo1,2, Fear Effect 1,2, Metal Gear Solid, PES and FIFA, Medal of honor 1,2 , Dino Crisis 1, 2 , Resident Evil 1,2,3 and many more games that i really love.  Ps1 has a larger and better library than SNES.

SNES is very good, but PS1 is better.

I would have to go with Snes.

Reasons:

1 It was my first console.
2 It has the best game ever on it, Super Metroid.
3 I enjoyed Snes RPGs on a whole more than PS ones.

It is close though. PS1 would be right under snes imo.

SNES is R teh sexy and gets my vote. (really came down to which one had Earthbound D:)
