What are all of your guy's opinions on the meaning of life?

And what about an afterlife...Is there one or isn't there, and explain why you think so.

Life meaning of life is 42 that their is no meaning.

I personally don't believe in an afterlife, I think that this life we get is the only one. When we die, that's it. I don't see any way that our conscience can live forever, even though we can not.

Posthumous immortality seems like a nice idea, but it's not one I think could happen.

Actually, to be honest I think living forever after death seems like a bit of a curse.

But that's just my philosophy, it holds no more ground than anyone else's.

I think it's up to us to find our own meaning in life. I don't think anyone can give a real meaning that applies to everyone. (Ignoring the biological point of view, that is. )

As for an after life, I am a Christian so I do believe in life after death. Again, this is a highly subjective matter, so it's really up to you to decide what you believe.

Anyways, I havent thought of the other question  thoroughly yet, so I dont think I can give a good answer...

The meaning of life is to reproduce. I don't believe there is an afterlife that undermines the idea of death entirely. Sometimes I want to believe in Heaven and Hell. Good people go to a good place. Bad people go to a bad place. But that system seems flawed in itself.

My thing is this. For millions of years I didn't exist. I exist now for a few years. Then for eternity or when space and time cease to exist, I'll be gone and there Universe in a sense, will dissapere. Reality for me will go away.

That means that there was supposed to be nothing, or at least nothing is the norm. There's not supposed to be any thing called reality. Whatever confusion or sense of existence and sanity I had seem to vanish when I think about nothing existing after I die for a long long time.

Fuck all the ideologies and conflicts. Everything is going to be gone, and it'll be as if nothing existed. I'm just a fucking blink O.o
