I'm not following. Halo to Halo 2 was just under a 2 million increase. MW2 will probably be larger than that.

It was a 2 million increase, yeah, but that was from like 6.5 to 8.5. Make that a percentage increase and stuff gets hairy.
I'm thinking it'll be in the realm. It deserves it too. IMO, MW1 is one of the best shooters I've ever played, with MP and SP, it really was the total package, and far better than many give it credit for. I agree with Yhatzee on this one. Really, really good, and he only played the SP. Can't wait for the new one.

That would be quite a feat. I won't openly deny it but that would be quite a goal. I think a more probable prediction is about 10 million shipped by the end of the year.

10m is a nice number, not too high, not too low. but pachters 14m are too much imo. and if he can say 14m, i can say 7m :P (and im sure im closer than he is).
