So you give LBP a 3, MGS4 a 7 and RE5 a 9.8.

Could you at least try to score things objectively?

I listed my flaws for each.  RE5s flaws are nowhere near as bad is those games, not even close.

Wow... I'm not even gonna touch that one.

Sorry, I don't mean to be a dick. I like you as a VGChartz user, but you are the last person on Earth who should be reviewing games :P

- Story not as good as older games (but a million times better than RE4) but the very ending was terrible and ruined a 13 year story arc.
- On Pro difficulty the AI of your partner is somewhat lacking.
- Shared voice chat in versus multiplayer, can't have team chat.
- Mercs/Slayers character weapons not very well balanced.

Is good that it used a few elements of survival horror that RE4 lost like the limited inventory and it considerably cut down on the amount of ammo dropped compared to RE4, even if it is an survival-action game now. The real time inventory also kept the tension well.

My most played multiplayer this gen probably.

Why is this important?.....He played the games and scored them accordingly , there is nothing wrong with that.

Exactly. I have the same order (LBP < MGS4 < RE5) only with different scores.

7.2/10

Pros: Great graphics, replayability, characters, co-op is great

Cons: Typical generic RE story, Sheva AI, not the RE that I have come to love, all grotesque manifestations just look like a bunch HD-ness for the heck of it, small inventory system, upgrade system less fulfilling, NO scare factor. For what is now a full blown action game, it should no longer be 'stop and shoot'.

Action game ! = shooter.

But that's a general statement, which is true. In this particular case I just found that that enemies got an upgrade to make it closer to an action game, but shooting, the main premise of the game, remained the same. It just felt a bit unbalanced.

9.0/10 for a game

5/10 for a resident evil

7/10

_______

A DISGRACE to the RE franchise

The controls were awful, graphics weren't as good as they were hyped up to be, SHva got in the effing way & used up my ammo!

IT wasn't "Resident Evil", it seemed more like some TPS.

Thankfully I didn't buy it, my friend who is an Re freak fell into the trap & got it lol!

so its Average = 7

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

Haven't played enough of this game to give it a fair score. I have played Fable though! Can't wait for that one. =]

Vgchartz score--8.15

Well i give it a 10/10, for my first RE, i really enjoyed it and thought it was well put together.
