I just wished they'd make a spin-off series starring Captain Quark as main character.

WHY? Why can't they end Resistance, instead?

It's about time they made a good new IP. If Resistance was as good as Uncharted, nobody would complain about the end of R&C. But I doubt they'll end it.

Ratchet is a good game, looks outstanding. This game looks kind of similar to the last game though, which to me was too much of the same over and over again. I think ratchet has run it's course, and I'd love to see them work on a new IP, they're really like 2 studios in one, and the ratchet games are overlooked by most PS3 fans, so they don't get the credit they deserve. I don't think the ratchet games will sell fairly for how good the talent and effort Insomniac puts into the games.

I hope the ending is really good, that's something i love to see in a videogame - for all your hard work getting through it all. Let's hope the open world-ness of the new game really mixes things up and it gets good reviews (if its basically the same game through and through as tools of destruction it will be bad news - as the first game was too much of the same) although high reviews seem to be given out easily now days.

End Resistance and keep giving up Ratchet and Clank!

I want them to brinf something new and fresh. I have nevr been a ratchet fan. Jak n daxter were always better

I personally think it would be a good choice for them. The last few games have felt very much the same, with little in the way of innovation. Don't get me wrong, they are very solid games, but something new would be welcomed IMO.

I for one would like to see them make something that rivals the Metroid-vania or Zelda games.

I think they should take a break with the Ratchet franchise. At least for the rest of this generation and then make a huge entry to revive it on the next gen.

I hope it is only for the Future series.

Tools of Destruction was my first R&C game and my goodness it was absolutely awesome!

I think R&C fans are split between last gen and this. Those who only found R&C this gen will naturally have a hankering for more. Many of us who played on the PS2 are happy to let him retire on a high note. I guess ACiT will determine whether I want more or not. ToD was very good but so far the PS2 (main) games are all better than ToD in all respects other than graphics.

I really really really want ND to bring out at least 1 Jak for PS3 more than I want 3 or more R&C games on PS3. 2x R&C on PS3 is OK in my book.
