I think you've missed the point. Its not just a 'Wow boobies!' scene, its the fact that you can clearly see she doesn't want to do whats she's having to do, and you feel uncomfortable seeing that. Hence why it will be a very intense game, one that will probably get banned in Australia thanks to our hopeless and pre-Victorian era government.
It depends also on personal tastes. I quite like Madison's kind of woman also in real life, so despite the scene was dramatic and not erotic, I liked her.
well, then im sure HR will have a more intense scene than that, that one isn't that different from the "if you don't do this i kill you" scenes.

Well yeah sure if you look at it like that no game would have any intensity or emotional impact, because if you view all game characters as purely fictional constructs then there isn't anything to humanise and feel emotion for. But seriously, do you really do that? Because that goes against human nature, most people form bonds with lots of non-human objects, like pets, cars, boats, tools, even controllers (a bit strange that one, but someone was mentioning it earlier in a different thread). The scene is intense because you emphasise with Madisons' situation, because you use a thing called imagination and perceived her character as real. I guess you don't read many fictional books either?
