I think you've missed the point. Its not just a 'Wow boobies!' scene, its the fact that you can clearly see she doesn't want to do whats she's having to do, and you feel uncomfortable seeing that. Hence why it will be a very intense game, one that will probably get banned in Australia thanks to our hopeless and pre-Victorian era government.
