Must be a side effect of all the GT PSP ads or people enjoyed the PSP version and so went out and bought the PS3 one. I'm not aware that there's been any sort of sale on for GT5:P.

Amazon bundles a free game with either Slim PS3 model that's why a lot of old and good games are being necromanced in the Amazon chart.

Counting the number of titles in the top 40, it looks like the Slim is slowing down a bit and the Wii is picking up in sales:

GT doing well in Europe. Surprising that the PSP version rose.

Just to let people know that Mario Strikers and Brawl are part of a Game bundle. The new Wii deal with Resort/Motion Plus AND 2 extra games from a choice of Brawl, Strikers, Kart and something else for a rather handy £179.99. Now that is a serious bargain!

They also have a really good PS3 Slim deal for £299.99 and something for 360 at £199.99.

Xmas push methinks.

I think the reason PS3 beat Wii in August sales was price cut to 299€ even before Slim was anounced. In Spain must retailers were selling PS3 for 299€ week before gamecon so maybe in Germany also.

Decent second week from FIFA, but the more interesting times will come next week
