Good job getting MGS4. Every PS3 owner has to experience this masterpiece.

And I highly recommend that you get Uncharted and LBP after you finish MGS4. And if your'e a Ratchet and Clank fan, then TOD is a must.

I forgot Demon's Souls.

If i had a Slim right now, I'd try it. I heard it's better than Oblivion.

Other than the games mentioned, get Super Stardust HD and Pixeljunk Eden on the PSN, they're very good and cheap.

That's an opinion from people who don't like Oblivion nearly as much as you.

I love oblivion but I gotta say it never sucked me in like demon souls is right now. You really get connected to your character and there is a number of ways you could go about playing the game. The multiplayer is really original too. Only downside is voice chat would have been welcomed

I can't say it's better than oblvion yet though . They are very close and the open world in oblivion gives it the upper hand

Also, I recommend giving Disgaea3 a try. Demon's Souls and the Uncharted series are also something to look at.

i think that i like Oblivion as much as you are, but to say its better than oblivion is like saying GT is better than Burnout. cause they are both racers

its true that they are both WRPGs but they are very different.

Oblivion is all about exploration, and freedom.

Demon's Souls is level based

though i gotta admit Oblivion had some of the weirdest bugs in games, but that actually adds to the fun of it. i personally find these bugs funny not annoying.

Demon sousl is a jrpg. it's true they are different in that aspect of exploration but the fighting machanics and such make them similar
