The same way 2 is greater than 1 but less than 3.

@smokedhostage

yeah I agree

I mean I saw screens & gameplay of KH:285/5 days & it looks very very good, better than PS1 games

Most DS games look better than PS1 games. It performs better than PS1, but worst than N64.

Worse than N64?  Have you played Super Mario 64 DS?  Looks miles better than the original.

Better?.. Maybe, by miles... no. The most notable difference between DS games and N64 is the different types of texture filtering used. The N64 supports bilinear filtering(and I think Trilinear as well) while the DS doesn't. This makes DS games look much more grainy. In almost every other aspect they are pretty much the same though. Multiplatform games rarely show the true graphical abilities of a system. Especially one that is so early in the life of both consoles. Look at Majora's Mask or Donkey Kong 64 and say...  Moon or Wizard of Oz RPG. Those are pretty much the best on both consoles.

@Darth N64>>>>PS1 in terms of graphics.

Just take a look at the Mario model in the DS version.  Looks much closer to the current 3D Marios than the blocky version in the original N64 game.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

FINALLY!

I LOVE ICELAND!

Just because they're making a 3D Pokemon model doesn't mean they're making a 3D adventure Pokemon game. It could be something like the Gamecube titles. (Which I heard were way different from the traditional games) And REALLY doubt it'd be a MMO knowing Nintendo and their online.

Seriously, let's wait for a confirmation first.

I will gloat about this one. I have predicted this could be happening after we got the official release date for Gold/Silver remakes. Check my Nintendo Teams thread for more info.

To all those who called me irrational, crazy or whatever, I would love to crush you all if this ends up being correct.

Many told me Game Freak would never make a console game, just like many said Nintendo wasn't ever gonna cut the Wii's price. Great times ahead!

Bets with Conegamer:

Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.

Fullfilled Prophecies

Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver HAVE a 3D models of the Birds on the opening screens. Lugia is swimming in the ocean kicking up sediment while Ho-oh is soaring above the clouds.

FINALLY GAME FREAK

but this could be for the next ninty hand held TBH

I mean the next handhelds from nintendo should have maybe Dreamcast level of power??!!

so 3D should be a given in terms of pokemon

Probably the next handheld could have the Wii's power without being too expensive, but I don't think is what it will end up being...

CURRENTLY PLAYING: Xenoblade (Wii), Super mario 3D land (3DS), Guild Wars (PC)
