They gave DS a 9. DS is an awesome game and deserves no less. Check out the other reviews in metacritic/gamerankings/
Anything other then a high score from Edge would have totally destroyed their credibility.
It still doesn't excuse their inconsistency in giving deserving scores to PS3 exclusives.

Sitting at 89 on Meta without the 90 added in yet.
This game is finishing at 85+ without a doubt. 90+ is still very possible.
It is at 90% on N4G and Gamerankings.

They gave Uncharted: Drake's Fortune 8/10, they'll probably give Uncharted 2: Among Thieves 8 or 9.

Mass Efect = 7/10
Fallout 3 = 7/10
Lost Odyssey = 7/10
Hardly call that Microsoft biased. Looking a Mass Effect and Fallout 3 it doesn't look they are too biased toward WRPGs as well.
LBP got high marks from almost everyone.
Edge has an very high standard for games. I prefer that over most of the other reviewers who give a minimum of 8 for almost every game. At least they stand for what they believe. When you see a 9 or 10 on Edge the game gets instant respect.

I think most people have more troubles with their consistency than with a specific bias. I like to read their articles and many of their reviews, but they seem to oscillate quite wildly when it comes to drawing a bottom-line.
Sometimes they seem to go all out for innovation and poignant content over form, and other times they reward shine and polish; the fact that we don't know the actual reviewers under the umbrella of the "edge staff" sign doesn't help the reader to put those votes into a narrower context.
Myself, I always look with great interest at anything they rate highly, but I also found great gaming experiences they treated not as well.

Fallout 3 is multi plat.
I'd suggest not going into the direction of debating weather Edge is biased or not coz the fact is that they have tremendous skew in their review scores for 360 and PS3 exclusives.
