Was the GT5 Ferrari video Pre-Rendered?

@CGI
I thought it was how replays could look in the actual GT5 :(
Actually it's all just speculation about something that has not been confirmed yet by the developers.
As it was explained in the other thread, there were some graphical flaws that wouldn't appear it the video was indeed pre-rendered, so that almost throws that argument out of the window.
The argument of it using multiple PS3 to render, could be true, but, once again, there are some parallels between the vid and the gamescon/jeux paris gameplay videos, like the global lightning, the car reflections, the road textures and car geometry. I think if it was really using 3 ps3's to render, the final quality would be better.
Once again, this is just my opinion, hopefully someone will read through this arguments and not just jump on this thread without reading anything.

It's not CGI then, as i was saying.
Everybody after the E3 trailer was like "Nahh, it doesn't look THAT good, its all CGI", and those comments were blown away.
People seem underestimate the definitive Gran Turismo 5.

Interesting I guess, but it sounds like splitting hairs to me. If it were pre-rendered using the in-game engine, there isn't that much difference between this and the gameplay, certainly nothing you'll notice at 60fps trying to slide around a hairpin. I would guess that for just about anyone when they are PLAYING the game, it would look just like this.
GT5 will look like or better when releases

I thought it was TURN 10 that said that, polyphony haven't discussed anything about GT5..
