I remember many of them from the RGG3 trailers and they haven't changed too much apparently (although the quality of the vid is really bad..). Too bad the trailer doesn't show us any of the new gameplay mechanics.
Details:
Ryu ga Gotoku 4:
Field has gained 3-dimensionality and it is now possible to go on rooftops and underground
Actions such as jumping from rooftop to rooftop included
Weather will change
Panchincko slots return
Karaoke has been improved; now includes duets
Hotsprings dates, pingpong during dates as well

Holy shit O_O RGG3 looks fantastic already, but this is just HUGE improvment.
Maybe I should get a japanese PS3 somwhere down the line ... The Yakuza games really intrigue me.

Wow, that actually sounds pretty damn good! Screw Yakuza 3, the west needs Yakuza 4 
Honestly, if they are "rebooting", I think it's a good chance for the series to gain a western audience, so I hope SEGA will localize it.

Though I probably won't buy a PS3 here in Sweden anyway since they're way overpriced. And it'll probably be a while before I get one anyway.
