No, I think reviewers lost it a long time ago when they started handing out 9s and 10s like candy.

The game industry is on a 7-10 scale right now, and needs to go back to a 1-10 scale.

You can ignore the stuff about you can't do it on the Xbox, which whilst being true is not relevant, the main point is they are wrong basically. They might be referring to if you start a chapter from the menu, then you get a bit of loading

Yeah, I'm assuming it will be at worst just like the last one which isn't bad at all. You load if you select a chapter from the main menu, otherwise, you have a 5-ish second loading time if you die. Nothing too bad at all.
