I would find it odd if the numbers were identical.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
You must also compare Famitsu up there as well...
Your lifetime numbers are wrong. There is a 5 million + lead for Wii over PS3. I know for sure that Media Create has Wii at 8,3 soon 8,4 million and PS3 at 3,2 soon 3,3.
I can't read Japanese so can't navigate the Famitsu website... does anyone have them tracked?
Anyhow... doesn't seem to matter considering the Media Create numbers posted in the OP seem to be wrong anyway.
The obvious answer is that VGC hates the PS3. You should know this by now. PS3 fans are a small minority on this site. Microsoft and Nintendo always win the front page polls.
That, or it's a 10% margin of error, and we are no more right or wrong than Media Create, Enterbrain or Dengeki.

wow ps3 and 360 are pretty close, if MS wanted to take Japan seriously they would of at least tried to get FF13 there on 360.

i hope that wasn't serious.
cuz from what i've seen, this site has a majority of Nintendo fans, followed by Sony fans not too far behind, and Microsoft fans as a minority.
and about the polls, i always see some PS3 fanboy bias in there but thats just my opinion.
but i have no idea what that has to do with the sales, you think that they are deliberately putting out lower ps3 sales?

They all have done mistakes in their additions, as on neogaf.

That Dengeki page looks really messy... probably doesn't help that I can't read it but the ASCII page does't look so bad.
