Cause the budget to revise the advertising campaign wasnt there? Cause there was a time deadline that oculdn't be met for another professional photo shoot?

When you see people of different races in ads, they've been chosen to represent the demographic that the ad is targeted at. If they hadn't Photoshopped a white guy's head on to his body, they'd have taken a new picture with a white guy replacing the black guy, which of course nobody would have complained about - or maybe they would. Some people seem to like clutching at straws.
