I guess the point of the thread sailed over your head. I find ironic humor in Sony promoting it's latest PS3 model, which has the least functionality of any PS3 model released thus far, as doing everything. The only thing funnier is watching fanboys say it doesn't matter after insisting that those very features did matter in prior PS3 models.

I have an idea. Look at the ad, and look what it's promoting. DVDs, Blu Ray, online gaming, wi-fi, photos, etc, etc. In that sense, yes it does "do everything". Of course, not in the literal sense. If you're going to mock the ad because "OMG it doesn't have FOUR USB ports, only two" and other miniscule things like that, at least don't make a thread about it.
