Well, Rockstar must have found a loophole similar to the one that let them release GTA Double Pacl on the original xbox in 2003.  Rockstar is so sneaky lol.  Its great to be able to sell an expansion pack to a game that sold over 5 million copies and that is one of the greatest games of all time too.  Maybe Microsoft made a deal with Rockstar while thinking that the game wouldn't sell that much on PS3, but Rockstar had a clause that said if it sold 5 million on PS3 then they could put the exclusive content there too.

rattle said it. Contracts can have escape clauses and such. Another clause could have simply been "if the first DLC doesn't sell x amount in y time" or "if the retail game doesnt sell x amount"

contracts arent just put in place to protect one party. they protect both.
