That's just clever advertising. I'm saying Nintendo never stoops to cracks about RROD, never claims that their opponents' strategies are failures.

wow.. I haven't seen the rest of the comments on this thread but I have to say that first..

Nintendo was not the first gaming company. It was Magnavox.

Also, PS3 fanboys and 360 fanboys make it abundantly clear that they don't like Nintendo.

Finally, I think the main reason I love Nintendo so much is because I play their games and it comes off (usually) as an absolutely entertaining experience. I don't worry about features, graphics technology, cinematics, or storytelling but I do care about great gameplay and I think that's where Nintendo shines.

Well, they have been around for a little more than 120 years so they've been around but yeah I guess they weren't the first gaming company but they were the first to start the "classic style" gaming consoles that have ruled for like what 25-28ish years (sorry I'm pulling this from memory) before motion controlled Wii that is. And yes they certainly are without a doubt the best. Handheld wise they Invincible. Console wise, they are Kings. Game wise they are God-like. Thumbs-Up for Yoshi's Island!

Well saying they are the best is a matter of opinion. However, I don't think there is anyone out there than can deny the respect they have gained for their constant flow of amazing games and well supported properties. I mean this is the house that have brought you Mario, Zelda, Metroid, and Pokemon... some of the best selling and best acclaimed franchises alive.

To me, I would probably consider them the best and for a very simple reason. For over 25 years they have delivered many new and unique franchises one after the other while never taking a break. They have also supported and continued these great franchises so that even the oldest of followers still have a home with them. I think that's just something to be admired. Someone that keeps looking to the future but also remembers how they got there.
