KoToR, easily. Everything else is average at best for me.

The Star Wars racing game on the Nintendo 64, loved that game. Another reason why I picked that one is because I've never played any other Star Wars :P

That was the first Star Wars game I played and although I've played others since none have had the 'wow' factor that RS did when I first played it.
